Everything on our menu is a toroid. In fact, when you enter our shop and look up, you’ll see a sign: “We think food is better as a torus. We hope you like the sound of that!”

The Aviary Select Eagle Rare bottles are all standard Eagle Rare 10 Year barrel picks made by The Aviary Team. The team was sent a set of samples and then selected what they felt tasted the best, and would be best represented as neat pours and in cocktails; those barrels were then sold exclusively to The Aviary.
